Please reach out through the RSVP form if you would like to bring a plus one, and let us know, so we can make sure there is space, fizz, and food for everyone.
Absolutely. Kids are the heartbeat of our family, and most of the guest list is family anyway. Bring them — the more the merrier (and noisier, and brilliant).
Paphos is the closest airport, about an hour from Lofou by car.
Larnaca is also an option, slightly further but with more flight choices.
Website: Cyprus International Airport
The hotel is fully booked for our wedding party, so once you’re there, everything is walkable or onsite. If you are staying elsewhere, we will help coordinate options so no one is left wandering the village in heels.
Just let us know your plans and flight details.
We will make sure someone is there to greet you, hand you a glass, or show you where the pool is.
Do not worry – we will have emergency supplies for forgotten toothpaste, crumpled dresses, or last-minute wardrobe malfunctions. Come as you are – but don’t forget your passport!
We wish we could host everyone under one roof, but the venue has very limited space, so only our immediate family and only a couple of friends (who don’t know anyone) will be staying on site.
We would absolutely love for you to join us for the full celebration, and there are plenty of beautiful local places to stay nearby. Let us know if you need help finding or booking somewhere. We are more than happy to help arrange it for you – with help from the hotel of course!
We feel incredibly lucky to be celebrating somewhere so special, and are delighted to have as many of you as possible staying with us at the venue.
To make our weekend feel welcoming and truly ours, we are paying for the exclusive use of the hotel, including contributing to all of the rooms for anyone staying at the hotel.
We are therefore asking for a suggested contribution of £175 per couple per night, which includes breakfast. There is no cost for children aged 16 and under. The rest will be covered by us as our way of saying thank you.
We are so excited for everyone to arrive at Apokryfo on the 27th August.
Part of the magic for us is that shared moment of coming together, with the whole place filled with family and friends. In the days leading up, Daniel and I will be quietly settling in and getting everything ready (and taking a little breather before the celebrations begin), so if you are arriving in Cyprus early, we would kindly suggest staying somewhere nearby until check-in opens on 27th August.
There are some lovely places to explore if you fancy a few days of sunshine beforehand; the mountain villages of Omodos and Kakopetria are full of charm, and the coastal cities of Limassol or Paphos are also beautiful options.
If you would like help with recommendations, just let us know. We are both happy to help.
Yes, completely. Whether or not you are staying at the venue, you will be with us for the full three days.
Lofou is a small and beautiful village, all walkable distances and the wedding celebrations are designed so that all our family and friends can spend time together throughout.
From breakfasts and garden games to the poolside gathering and every little moment in between, you will be part of it all.
Yes, of course. Lofou is beautiful, peaceful, and not a bad place to wake up once the champagne’s worn off.
You are welcome to stay longer — just let us know and we will do our best to help with arrangements.
Yes — it is limited, scenic, and quite possibly next to a Cypriot mountain goat. You might not need it depending on your travel plans, but we can help coordinate lifts or taxis if needed.
Lofou is stunning but traditional – cobbled paths, stone steps, and plenty of charm. Pack sensible shoes alongside the strappy ones, and be prepared for a few hills.
No Guernsey Post. No Royal Mail. No envelopes, stamps, or surprise glitter.
This is a small, personal wedding and while I love beautiful things, I could not justify the paper (or the admin time).
Plus, I have an incredibly talented friend who built this fabulous website so everything you need is right here. You are on the list, you are very much invited, and this is the invite.
If you have not received a WhatsApp or text from Charlotte or Daniel (directly) with a link to the site, then sadly you are not invited – and are probably just being a little bit nosy. But they admire the dedication.
Nope. No formal speeches, no raised glasses with trembling hands. Just great company, good music, and plenty of time to chat, laugh and maybe shed a tear (the happy kind).
Just yourselves, something to wear in blush tones on the big day, and your best holiday energy. That said, a travel fan and your favourite sunglasses might come in handy.
The best gift you can give is to turn up, lean in, and enjoy the weekend with us. No jobs, no clipboard duties – we’ve got it covered. (Though emotional support, fans and emergency blister plasters will be gratefully received.)
A bit of both. Cyprus in August is reliably sunny, so most of the celebrations will be outdoors, but we do have beautiful covered spaces too – just in case.
Please let us know using the RSVP form in advance and we will make sure you are well looked after. The food will be fresh, local, full of flavour, and with options for all.
Cyprus will be warm – think Mediterranean sunshine and golden-hour glow – but we would still love everyone to dress up a little for the occasion.
Lightweight suits, linen shirts, tailored trousers, or smart summer attire are perfect. Don’t forget the colour code!
No need for ties or jackets unless you fancy them (though Daniel will likely be in both, sweating happily through it).
Think relaxed elegance – polished but comfortable.
